Life wasn’t always as good as it is now for me.
I used to be a police officer without so much as a cent to my name. To make ends meet for me and my family, I had to work long hours, work extra jobs on the side and whatever it took to pay the bills. No matter how hard I worked though, I realized I wasn’t going anywhere, and worse, I was dragging my family down along with me.
I turned to real estate investing just as I was about to go so deep under I may have never seen the light of day again. In fact, I was so desperate then, I actually purchased my first investment property using a credit card! (I don’t advise you to do the same.)
Fortunately, my plan paid off and now here I am.
Currently, I am a real estate investor, a business owner, an entrepreneur, an author and speaker. I have had the privilege to be featured in Fox News as a real estate expert. I have rehabbed and flipped hundreds of homes to date and I currently own a portfolio of rental properties with a 7-figure value.
More importantly, I am as close as ever with my family and friends. I enjoy the freedom of spending as much time as I want with them. I’m at peace spiritually and my drive to be better has never been stronger.
Is this really possible? Can you really achieve a certain level of stability and balance between your career and business on one hand, and your personal and spiritual life on the other, while not being torn apart and pulled in opposite directions, and still maintain a high level of motivation to be better?
The answer is a resounding “YES!”
I am living proof of it, along with my numerous students who have turned their lives around and started enjoying fuller and more meaningful lives after undergoing this life-changing program.
Before we dig deeper into this, there’s something I need to tell you first.
